"Despite finding a few negative reviews online, this place was totally worth the effort, I had booked a very cheap budget room, and I got more than I expected..a comfortable bed, cool AC, big fridge, tv with international channels, hot shower.. it's located in the middle of a busy bar street, but I was located on the third floor, and wasn't bothered by the muted sounds of it..if you want a cheap room to use as a base to explore Pattaya and don't plan on spending much time in the room, then this is definitely a great deal!"
